Perfect for what I needed in a last minute stay. The price for the room is up front, rather than usual resort fee upon arrival. There is a charge for parking. Previous reviews state $20. I was offered parking for $30, so I passed on it. The room is perfect for what I need. The bed is firm but not uncomfortably so. The shower is large and can accommodate tall people. I love the small kitchen and half size fridge and freezer. And the location is perfect for me. Also I keep weird hours sometimes since I'm a night shifter, so the self check in process was also great for me. Also, I saw reviews that sound there was a lot of noise in this room. I sleep with a low level of music. I hear some noise, but nothing keeping me from sleeping. Maybe it's just because I'm used to noise when I sleep since I usually sleep during the day anyway. Didn't annoy me much. One thing that caught me off guard was this rule about towels. It states to not use any towel to remove make up. They will charge you for towels, bed sheets, and wash clothes.... which is their right but I wish I would have known about that policy up front so I could have bought a towel before my arrival. I have vividly dyed hair which tends to bleed occasionally on towele after a shower. I've never ruined a towel at home but if makeup is a problem, I'm over paranoid about my hair being a problem. Again, if I had realized the policy before, I think I could have been prepared and dealt with if. Luckily though they provided a hair dryer so I just had to take some extra time to be sure. I would and probably will stay here again. Just will be more prepared next time!

Stayed here on vacation. We got the cottage, which was adorable. The place was really nice and clean. Lots of room. The manager Bob, and housekeeper Jelena were super friendly and helpful. Nice location. Walking distance to most things. Parking is a nightmare in key West. So probably worth the $20 to pay for the parking spot they offer their guests. There is free parking on the street, but very difficult to get, and if you do find a free parking spot, Don't move your car.

Gorgeous and well appointed cottage right in the centre of town - precisely where you need to be for Key West. Great value for money too. The cottage had a huge king-bed, en suite bathroom, kitchen, dining area and large lounge. There’s also good WiFi, a lovely porch and parking right outside the home. Across the road is a CVS for all the essentials (don’t go to the expensive little grocery store which charges tourists more!), also across the road is a bike hire place and a Cuban cafe next door. Duval Street is on the other side of the block, and the amazing waterfront is 15 minutes walk. You can also benefit from the little beach at the southernmost point which is less than 10 minutes walk from the cottage. Only constructive feedback is the communication from the owners wasn’t great - we didn’t get the door code until asking for it, and there’s very little information in the home so you have to do all your own research. Hopefully this review will provide useful information for anyone looking to book!

Perfect location. Extremely clean and owners were very accommodating and informative. Suggested places to eat and visit, including maps. Highly recommend!! This was our first time to Key West. We rented a scooter one day and bikes another. We loved our time there!
